Default Thumping at exceleration

I just bought my first ford. I love it so far except for a strange thumping and what seems like something moving somewhere underneath. It only happens when I first accelerate and come to a complete stop. To me it feels like a mount or something like that. Or possibly the rear end. The truck is a 2012 xlt supercab with 5.0 liter engine and 2 wheel drive. I simply don't know anything else I've only had it for about 5 days.

Markis37...
More than likely the issue is the driveshaft's yolk slip-joint needs lub'ing. *Common, known issue.

Thanks for updating with the fix - do you have the long bed/2-piece drive shaft?
