Appreciate the responses. To be quite honest, I'm still not sure which way i'm going to wire the processor up. (If I was installing today...I'm thinking Option 2 would be my choice just because I have the bass ****.
Anyway, I got a little more done today/tonight....
Amp rack is finally finished and covered.

I also was able to get the passenger rear door sound dampened..
While, the door cover was off..I also made my speaker template.
I didn't realize how much work this would take....the sound dampen is a very tedious process which always takes a while. I also ran my speaker wire the passenger rear door.

Amp Rack / New Ground
I think I'm going to end up filling each of the interior doors with another type of dampener. I've been looking into the brush-on dampener. Stuff looks like it works well. I'm trying to reduce vibration as well as limit the exterior noise (while driving).
That brings me to another question. The interior vents on the back wall of the cab. I don't want to cover them sealed tight, but I was trying to come up with something that will reduce the noise stemmed from the vents. My amp rack does cover the majority of the vent, but I'd really like to put some type of material around or in front of both vents before I permanently install my amp rack. Any ideas??

That is EXTREMELY thorough...
Looks good. I am sure it will sound great too.
Those vents serve a purpose. You don't want a suction/compression every time a door closes and you need to equalize to outside pressure. I would not use anything other than maybe a breathable light felt/cloth treated with water repellent if I used anything at all. The back of the amp board will already be adding some dampening there. You would get more sound dampening by doing your floors IMHO at this point.

azcoyote, I appreciate the input. I'm just trying to provide as much help to others that will take on the challenge.
As far as the vents, I didn't have intentions on putting on a material that's not breathable. I have some left over audio carpet from the amp rack that I can fold a few times and put in front of the vents. I'm thinking it should dampen the sound at little more?
