Default Replacement headlights and tail lights

I have a 2013 F150 Lariat with Ecoboost in Pale Adobe. Truck has standard headlights. I want to upgrade the head lights with something that is brighter. I also want to upgrade my tail lights with LED's.

1) is there a direct swap for the stock headlights that doesn't require a lot of mods.
2) i was thinking of smoked LED tail lights.Any thoughts on how these tail lights would look?

The Ford HID headlights will be a lot better than the halogens and will fit perfectly. If you find a set of those(make sure they have the ballasts) all you need is a harness to go from your plug to the new HID lights. There are some guys on here that sell the harnesses. You have a choice of chrome or smoked headlights.

Are there options that don't cost a ton of money? Those HIDs are $$$$...

Retrofit the headlights yourself. It'll be cheaper, but you still have to do all the work yourself.

If you need OEM HIDs or retrofits I can help. Not the cheapest option but they are the way to go

Nice ride!! Black truck looks great with the Recon's. Are those the smoked or smoked red lenses?
