GM now CHINAMOTORS!
I've had problems with my Raptor & FORD took care of, just not sure why they don't admit there's a PROBLEM with the Rear Defroster.

I'd encourage y'all to write Mr Fields (Ford CEO) a nice simple letter or email expressing your dissatisfaction.
You can see my letter in a previous reply to this thread. His email is easy to find.
The more we complain the better!

Anybody have a hard time getting their heated mirrors to work after a window malfunction(explosion)? My window exploded about a month ago and even if I reassemble everything in the factory order my defroster and/or mirrors won't work. The light won't even come on.

First in, Last out.
Did you check the fuse?

I got a call from Canadian safety association and they have had enough complaints that they are looking into it so keep complaining and Ford will have to step up.
I've since bought a Ram Limited and so far I love it. Likely will have issues as well but we'll see what happens.

The new trucks have a completely redesigned rear window, so not sure how much information will carry over.

Just picked up a 2013 F150 XLT. Scared to use this feature even though I need to defrost my mirrors instead. I'll be pulling the plug for the rear window to be safe and I'm out of my warranty.
Is it more common prior the 13' models or does it stop at the 15's since I read they are a completely different design?
