ive seen this before in people's list of mods, but can't remember what its called or who i saw that had it...

It's something you attach inside the engine compartment that prevents bugs from getting pulverzied and fried to the radiator fins...

anyone know what i am talking about? got a name on that that product?

where i live in Texas (deep in the heart) it's dry and we don't get a ton of bug action, but i have to drive across the louisiana swamp here in a few weeks, and want to try to minimize the little flying friends that mke there way on to my radiator.

Just ordered mine as well. I just drove about 3000 miles on 2 trips and luckily it is still cold enough there was not an issue, but that is only a matter of time.

I make them out of Bug screen for every vehicles I get. Go to the hardware store and get the screen. You can also get the grommet kit there too. Measure, insert the grommets and hang it.
