Default NEW Rancho 4" Suspension lift

Rancho now came out with a 4 inch lift kit for the 09 F150. Except that its $1500! I didnt think that 4' suspension kits cost that much. Whats making this one cost this much?
here is racho's website and what it looks like...

true. you can get a 3 inch rear block for $140 too bad that the other brackets and extended steering knuckles cost around $1350. Wish you could get that stuff by itself for alot cheaper and then buy the rear blocks.

Just came across this old thread and just wondering how many other people have gone this route for lifting their trucks?

I did for my 2009 FX4; very well engineered system.

Great looking truck! Looks so much for functional than a 6" lift.

How long has it been since you had your lift installed? And how many miles have you put on since then?

Thanks; for me then 4-inch lift was a lot more functional.

I sold my truck a couple of years ago, but I put about 7000 miles on it. The truck drove great on road due to the fact that the Rancho system retains the stock geometry but is very strong for off road use. The system never disappointed when I took the truck up mountain trails or out in the desert yet was a great daily driver.
