I'm running 305/55/20's with a 2.5" level
I average 14
I can get 15 if I baby it
I can get 17-18 running 65-70 down the interstate on a long drive with no stops
My last truck was pretty much the same but the tires were 305/65/18
5.0 in both of them
I average 14

I am getting a little over 15mpg right now with these sepcs. Winter gas + I have a bad habit of stepping on it to hear my exhaust note.
Have never dipped below 15 though. In summer I usually avg 16.5

Do any of you guys who level also tow? It seems to me that you'd be decreasing stability for towing purposes if you level the truck? At minimum, I would think the truck would drop in the back enough to make the truck LOOK stupid with a heavy trailer attached. What say you?

I tow quite frequently and the heaviest is roughly 7000 pounds and I average 23mpg . Anyways on to your question that's why I put the 3" block in the rear of mine was to keep a little rake so when I tow my truck sits level and not headlights to the sky. Even my Honda Rancher 420ES even made my truck sit level before the level/block hence why I put the block in!!!

The tires will be the one to greatly effect your mpg, not really the lift.
