You can follow the diagram, or just tap into the center wire coming out of your trailer harness and ground it to the frame, and than you have reverse lights. Took me about 15 to 20 minutes and they work great been using them everyday, because I back into every parking spot.

I hooked up some LEDs in the bed for just for camping. Of course I have 32' traveler trailer that sits on a couple of lots right next to a lake. So it's a little more like glamping. I just like the idea of the LED for loading and on loading in the dark.

I made the mistake of order my bed LEDs off one of the expensive sites. Once sigma pi pointed out that I could get the same LEDs of of Amazon and I seen how easy it was to solder the leads I started putting LEDs on everything. I think I will put some on my wife's escape next week.

your diagram is for what exactly? Its missing a ground for the 12v receptacle, in automotive wiring you never need to run a negative wire from the battery as everything metal is grounded. I'm assuming you have auxiliary backup lights and that's what the relay is for. Much cleaner diagram then I could ever make, just trying to understand it.
