Fair enough. I bought this set up, second hand, from a forum member. When I received it, I noticed the ground for the driver side taped up as if it was not installed previously. I have tested them with that ground, grounded, and ungrounded. Still nothing. I have moved the grounds and they seem to be making good metal contact.
I also tested new fuses in the harness. Nothing.
Unfortunately I do not have a test light. I see a trip to my dealer in the future because I'm losing it.

Test light is cheap at auto parts store, here less than 10usd. Handy to have.

The relay on the harness, has Morimoto printed on it, pull back the rubber boot and see if you have battery power and ground with a test light, I've seen fuses that looked good but not be.
May be the angle of the camera in the fuse pic but it looks like one of the terminals is missing in the holder.

OK, so I actually do have a test light......which I have never used.
So I took off the boot and tested the connectors. The light went on when I touched the far right connector, but not the other ones.
I then touched it to my passenger ground (only one I can reach with my light) and it did not light up.

Are you grounding the lead from the test light? Because you should then when you probe wires with other end it lights if there is power, it will not light when you touch it to ground unless you have the lead clipped to the positive terminal.

Retired and loving it!
+1.....this is the first thing to try. Do you have a Dremel? If you do, use the sanding disk and do not ground to that point until you see highly polished bright silver metal everywhere your ground is going to touch it.

You could have the old style harness.. Two wires pulled out of mine at the relay which caused the head lights not to work. Even after pulling the contacts out and reattaching the wires, they worked intermittently. I ended up having to get the harness replaced under warranty. That may not be the problem. Just thought I'd mention it as something to check.
