I've been scared of the same thing. If I get one, my idea is using loctite threadlocker. 242 will slow someone down as it needs something like 70lbs of torque on average to break the bolts loose. 271 threadlocker(red) only breaks loose with a torch's worth of heat or around 150lbs of torque on average. So unless someone is walking around with an impact gun, I don't think they're taking the lights

That's what I would probably do.

To prevent someone stealing your lights, you could try to use non standard bolt heads like torx socket or torx tamper proof bolts, just a thought.

Excuse my crappy cell phone pics but this is what I got!

That's the bracket itself, for ease of mounting you can remove the actual fog hole housing and mark your hole, begin drilling, thread nut on bolt, boom!

The pod in the hole

Yes my install did require drimmeling, BUT I have our 23" Supremacy Bar, on the 20" the drimmeling is minimal

Lots of compliments on how well the bar compliments the hole

Thanks! My led bar is going to require a little trimming too. That looks nice. Can't wait to get mine in this week.

they make locking nuts/bolts with adapters needed to remove them. that plus locktite and i doubt theyd get them off... unless you cut it off.

I have the westin pre runner bar with 4 6inch LEDs. The bar can be installed with your tow hooks, which is great. Light weight, but very strong and sturdy, plus won't break the bank. I got it on amazon for $195 shipped.
