I use my truck as a response vehicle for the local ambulance district. I took the truck to the dealer and said I use it as a response vehicle. they had no problem disabling the max speed limiter and some other tweaks for me. I'm sure if you push them enough there's a way to have them disable all sorts of things. My 2cents, ask to talk to the guy who does the computer work at the shop, slip him some money to disable things for you.

My Traction Control keeps randomly coming on and staying on while I'm driving and I can't turn it off... this started about 3 weeks ago and it bugs the crap out of me when it does, anyone else experiencing something similar?

Right, because you need to be "responding" in your POV at speeds up to 96 MPH! Guess you don't see how many people die or kill someone doing home response in their POV.

Mine did that when I bought it new about two weeks after I bought it the light on the dash lights up and stayed on. I had to take it to the dealer when the light was on. They ended up changing a couple of sensors to solve the problem

Cool that's what I figured I'd have to do...

Many 4WD vehicles when in 4LO disable many of the Traction Control Features for safety sake...including ABS so you can get some wheel lock. Are you sure that the Ford in 4LO doesn't already do this?
