Is there a kit to install this if the truck didn't originally come with it?

My pup hears the click from unlocking the doors and knows we're going for a ride so he sits right next to the rear door, waiting for me to open it.

Haha, nice. I live in a rural area so i dont lock my doors, but my doberman does that if she see the truck is out of the garage.

Ya know, I never considered having to retrain the dogs!

I have one of the EZee downs waiting when the rig arrives.

My lab is getting older, so he's slowing down a bit and always waits for the tailgate....the problem is gona be my "teenager"....a little half Australian Cattle dog/Border collie cross. He will often "launch" about the time the tailgate is barely cracked......he usually clears it, but there has been a few times when he has "bounced off" and looks at me like "What the heck was that!?"
Guess I'll have to pay more attention to that! Just for the record, I'm not really getting a new truck.....the dogs are.....I'm just allowed to drive, because I'm the one with thumbs! Otherwise I'd likely be out of that job!

I taught my pup, a 7 mos old GSD mix, to sit before he can jump in. It only took a few times for him to get that he won't get in unless he sits. Then I say "OK" and he leaps in even with the crate I use sometimes.
