Well, mine is a 2010 STX 4x4. I think as long as there's no huge differences in the years, I don't see why not

I ordered these part Numbers
9L3Z 11654 DA, Switch Assy,
7L1Z 13A018 A, Sensor Assy (book mentions manual air conditioning)

The parts rep was hesitant to sell to me as he said it might burn up the wiring harness. Also make sure you order the right one that go's with your truck, the witch is different if you don't have fog lights.

Also, the headlight module is the same in all trim levels for f150's. I doubt it burn up the wiring harness.

I have a 2011 screw xl 4x4. I added the switch and the sensor and never could get it to work. The headlights just stay on day or night with the switch in auto. I replaced the sensor with a new one. Still no luck. Please post again if you can get it to work.

I have no idea why that wouldn't work. I just plugged everything in and it all worked.

Yes it worked, took me 3minutes, the locking tabs were right where you said they were. The light turns on all the time, they stay on day or night as soon as you start the vehicle, they turn off after you close the door when parked. This is what I wanted, I like having my lights on day or night, just like them coming on and off when i put the key in I think its safer my motorcycle riding experience says more light the safer everyone is day or night. Will post pics in a little while when I recharge battery in camera.

Wait...so your lights stay on during the day too? Cuz mine, will turn off when its sunny out, then on when it gets dark. But, if you got what you wanted then...awesome!!!
