2014 Brake Failure
The truck specs:
F-150 3.5L 4x4 Platinum with 20200.6 miles on it.
Today after driving it we realized we forgot a critical component at the hardware store. I pulled out of the garage and went to stop in the driveway to shut the garage door. The peddle went all the way to the floor with little effort and clearly had failed. I was going about 2 MPH and in a panic I threw it in park which stopped it. After it stopped a warning appeared "Warning: Low brake fluid" (well, that would explain it!). After I shut the vehicle off I looked under the hood which I had just looked under 3 days ago and the brake fluid was completely dry. I had it towed to the local dealer here but will have to wait till Monday to see what failed. I checked everywhere and didn't find any evidence of a leak. Personally, I think it was ISIS trying to get me.
So, check your fluids often people! I will keep this posted with the prognosis so everyone can check their ride.

I just had the exact thing happen with the same truck at 24,000 miles. My leak is coming from under the front passenger door. My wife was driving my truck in the middle of a storm, so glad she made it back safely.

Having your dealer take a look at this is the best first step, crazydubc; have you had them diagnose yet? I'll get this escalated to your regional customer service manager for further assistance. Please send me a private message with your full name, VIN, servicing dealership, and best daytime contact number. I'll get started.
