So that happened to me a few times. The site is up right now though ...

Everything else was positive in dealing with them.

Maybe it will settle a little bit, but IMO I would drop the front a bit. You may run into some extreme ball-joint angles and the coil may hit your upper control arm. If you have no clearance issues and like the height, maybe add a 2" block in the rear to level it back out.

Yeah I would drop it down, but it was a huge PITA to get it done. The front is now 1 inch higher than the rear, when I started it was 2 to 2.25 inches lower than the rear. The control arms are at a bad angle like this and the ride is really bouncy, not liking it at all.
I'm going to loosen everything and re-torque. Maybe I over torqued, I was kinda tired and just going at it with the impact gun.

That's odd, I would definitely lower it down some. Ball joints won't like that.
Follow up on mine...on the way home from work a little while ago my driver side front hub made a few grinding noises (IWEs) when I would go over bumps. This is different than the first time I had the grinding after install, which was constant while accelerating (vac line completely came off). I think when the suspension is being compressed I am getting a vacuum leak somewhere, the lines are attached though. Need to do some investigating tomorrow morning, but only being on one side rules out the solenoid and check valves. Has to be something specific to the drivers side.
Update: Jacked up the drivers side front and turned the wheel by hand in 2WD, the hubs are not engaged. Put it in 4WD, hubs engage. Could not find a vacuum leak anywhere (engine running during all of this). Don't know. I'll keep listening for it. This weekend I'll pull a vacuum on the IWE and see if there is any leakdown.

Figured it out, OEM spring seat that you reuse...its upside down. *facepalm*
OK I get to do this fun job again!
Heck I didn't even figure it out, but Amanda at AJUSA took one look at my pics and saw it.

At least it was a quick diagnosis. But man, I can't imagine the amount of preload that's on the spring with the spring seat on backwards. No wonder it's extremely bouncy.

Wow, yeah - I didn't notice that either. I bet it was a bear to compress that spring!
