It will throw a code unless the rear o2's are turned off in your tune. Mine threw a code when I was running my catless y pipe and the "canned" ProCharger tune. Of course if you have a tuner or diagnostics reader you can just clear the codes. That's what I always did.

No tuner my computer was loaded from roush well I guess I will just wait until 36k miles

Go for the whipple. I have installed many of them on raptors with the 6.2. That along with a catback, about 8 lbs of boost, and a custom dyno tune they typically make just a tick under 500 rwhp. Makes the truck a beast! Will light up the tires on demand!!
