This is a long shot but an easy way to see if the system will reset. Disconnect the - battery cable from the battery, leave it disconnected for a minimum of 15 mins. While it's disconnected locate the pcm harness connectors on the passenger side firewall. (see pic)

Disconnect those three harness blocks by releasing the lever lock on top (white bars) just pull them back from the top, Check all 3 for corrosion or pushed out pins, clean using spray brake/electrical parts cleaner (local auto parts store will have it) so get some before you start.
After 15 mins reconnect everything and go take a drive, the computer will go back into learning mode so operation may be a little different until it learns your style of driving, should only take a hundred or so miles to fully adapt.

coltonrausch - Yes, previous owner put a K&N filter on. I have cleaned it a few times since i owned it (5,000 miles).
