I'd also say go with 35's, I have a leveling kit and 3" body lift (roughly the same height as a 4" suspension, a bit more) and I have 33's on mine and planned on doing 35's in the spring. But I have had wear and tear on my front end due to the leveling kit so I am takin that out and putting a 4" suspension and running 37's!
Here is how it sits now (leveling kit and 3" body and 33's)

Don't tell my truck that. I have had this Rancho 4" lift with 35" tires since 06 when I bought the truck new and have yet to have any problems other than normal wear and tear. As abusive as I am with my truck the only thing I have had to deal with upfront has been to replace 1 upper ball joint on the passenger side and that was just a couple months ago.

I think it depends on what kind of look you like. Personally, I like my fender wheel wells to NOT be filled up with tire. Thus, I would go with the 33's. A six inch lift, I would go with 35's. Now, obviously you could go bigger, but that's not the look I prefer.

Hey rj. 1992, To be honest, I have never checked my MPG other than to generically tell how often I fill up with gas. I got my truck for performance and not good gas mileage. And no, I do not have stock gears in it anymore. I had 3.73 from the factory but that wasn't enough for me, so I switched to 4.56. Very little change if any in the gas mileage for me. But the performance is night and day comparison and in my opinion the best upgrade I have done to my truck to date it was WELL worth it to me.

This is my old F150, it's not a 2010 but maybe it will help you out.

4.5" Superlift
35" Toyo M/T
18" Pro Comp Wheels
Sorry but I just can't see 33's on this truck with a 4.5" suspension lift. IMO they would look to small.
