pic request: 4 inch lift with 33s
I have a 2010 f150 screw xlt. I have 20x9 rims to put on it and a 4 inch lift but im just waiting to order my tires. I wanted 33 inch tires but id like to see some pics before i ordered them. Some people said it would look funny with 33s on a 4 inch lift. Thanks.

I'm very interested in this as well.

33s would look way to small on a 4inch go with some 35s
|
go 35's.

What about 34s. I always hear that 35s tear up you front end and that has me kinda worried.

There's not that much of a difference between a 34" tires and a 35" tire, height or weight. A 295/60R20 (34.5) Nitto Trail Grappler might look ok with a 4" lift but it were me I would just go ahead and get 35's.

Don't tell my truck that. I have had this Rancho 4" lift with 35" tires since 06 when I bought the truck new and have yet to have any problems other than normal wear and tear. As abusive as I am with my truck the only thing I have had to deal with upfront has been to replace 1 upper ball joint on the passenger side and that was just a couple months ago. |
I'd also say go with 35's, I have a leveling kit and 3" body lift (roughly the same height as a 4" suspension, a bit more) and I have 33's on mine and planned on doing 35's in the spring. But I have had wear and tear on my front end due to the leveling kit so I am takin that out and putting a 4" suspension and running 37's!
Here is how it sits now (leveling kit and 3" body and 33's) http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...psd12ebddf.jpg http://i732.photobucket.com/albums/w...pseea8ff73.jpg |
Those 33s dont look too bad with the 4in lift! Ive been considering the same route since im not sure i feel like pushing 35s and re-gearing my truck
