So stressed out trying to make a decision-->
I'm gonna go with 35" KO2s With 18" Wheels close as possible offset of +20 as I can find.
I want my future (On Order) RCSB to be Level or very little rake, with the least amount of Lift W/O tire rub. Must be as smooth/comfortable ride for 99% city driving as is possible for a Level/Lift etc....Would like to remove rear block and just get the front raised maybe 1.0-2.0" Is this Possible??
Will I end up with a rough ride/handling if I go with a lift like yours?...Reason I ask, was told to avoid that kind of kit & go with Coilovers for a much-improved handling and comfortable ride...But, big difference in cost!
Please...Pro/Con me!

First things first, you cannot fit 35's on your truck with just a level unless you remove the crash bars. Not exactly the best thing to do (watch the IIHS crash test video from the 2015 super crew and super cab). The super cab didn't have the crash bars, it didn't do so well. I have heard of people running 35's with a level on factory wheels and not rubbing, but you're buying aftermarket wheels. Factory wheels are a +44 offset so they're sunk in which is why they don't rub. The +20 offset you want will look PERFECT with 35's, I have +18 (no different) and it's perfect!
I wouldn't recommend removing the rear block, just put a 2" strut spacer up front (leveling kit) and you'll be pretty much level. Coilovers are good (I hear, though I've never used them) but they're expensive. I'd do more research to see if they're worth the extra $$$ to you. Here are my measurements from the ground to the fender well before and after my level and 35's...
Front before - 37.75" / Front after - 40.75"
Rear before - 40" / Rear after - 41.25"
So with a 2" front spacer I only have 1/2" of rake.
As far as the ride, it'll stiffin up a bit, but it really depends on what PSI you run your tires. I had mine at 50 PSI and it was a little rough, now they're at 40 PSI and it's great! I have yet to do the chalk test (lazy) to see if that's the proper PSI, but so far so good. I had 35 PSI in the tires (what Discount put them at when they were mounted) and holy cow it rode like a cloud haha, but I think 35 PSI is too low for 35's.
Hope I was some help!!!

With the aftermarket wheels +20 & 2" strut spacer will I still have to remove the crash bar? How about spreading it?
Yes I completely forgot to tell you they can be spread out with a porta power tool. I wish I had done that.
How far will they stick out from the fenders?
Mine stick out right at an inch or so. I'll add pics below.
With so many changing the rear shocks to Fox 2.0 and then reading comments like "Now my front shocks are exposed as being terrible"...Figure maybe I should do both at the same time??...Plus recommendation's for coil overs vs strut spacer...BUT, I don't wanna waste $$$ for a small improvement in ride???
Honestly I would just do your 2" strut spacer and leave everything else. You'd be surprised how good the ride is still with these BFG's. If you're disappointed with the ride after that, then you can upgrade your shocks and struts.
I could live with that!
Great info... Did ya use your factory TPMS?...How do ya do a Chalk test?
Yep, just swapped the factory TPMS sensors to the new wheels. Your truck will re-learn them by itself. With the chalk test (I believe) you draw a line on your tread with white chalk. Then drive forward for a few rotations and see how the chalk was removed. If there's still chalk out the outside, you have too much air causing your center to bulge.

Haha good!
