simplest in youre case would be, if it has the electrochromatic mirror,, there is a dg/y wire going up the left hand a pillar that you could tap into or pin 3 at the parking aid module same color. The module is located up to the left of the pedals where the a pillar meets the firewall.. think those are prob the easiest access points
Back in "my day" we had a software package called "the maid" that listed each production year and all of the wiring harness colors, including mid year changes in colors.
Is there anything like that now? Where can I get the full information for my vehichle. I have backup sensors, but no tailgate camera. I have the radio with the "phone" and "mp3" buttons, but no sub and it does not appear that the sirius antenna was installed. Heated mirrors and tow package but no integrated trailer brake, etc. The stock radio had (2) plugs but the second was not the 6 pin subwoofer plug (though I am sure at least (2) of the wires are for the dash tray audio input). There is an unused plug on the same harness as well.
I stumbled upon the diagram I posted on another forum, but where does one find that information published (for free or purchase).
