Default replacing door speakers

hey guys and gals i was wondering if i replaced my door speakers if that would make it sound better. any info would be great. thanks guys and gals

well mine sound allot better and on the back of my stock speakers it says 25w and my infinity kappas are 100w rms so theres a nice difference

did they just fit in place or did you have to modify anything?

5x7/6x8 fit in the stock location, both have the same mounting frames...upgrading the speakers only will make the sound better, but only by a bit. The stock headunit is severely underpowered, has a equalization change as the volume turns up...getting a new head unit or sound processor and an amp will greatly improve the sound, even without the new head unit or sound processor, amp + speakers make it much better than just speakers.
