Sorry my amp is configured with RCAs that can be low or high level. Then you need to find a sacrificial 3.5mm cord and cut the rcas off and hook them up to your inputs.

He is using signal sense. I still say this is now a game of component isolation to find the issue. I made muting plugs when I had a similar issue and I was able to isolate all of my components quickly and found it was the active crossover causing all the noise. Replaced it and all was as it should be. Credit: Clarke and Navone...there are no finer experts...Period! Google them and look for their guide to noise isolation in car audio.

I now have the remote wire hooked up to the fuse box. If I unplug a channels rcas from the processor then the noise in those speakers go away.

What? RCAs are not configurable to be hi or low. Sounds like you mean something else. Maybe I'm wrong. Please explain. It sounds like you have a switch on your amp that can be set to configurable line voltage..beneficial when you have a DSP or other that is 8-11 volts pre out (this would be the hi input...no hi as in speaker level input...the low level would be like 8v and under pre out voltage. Not all amplifier have such a selectable switch. (JL 600/6 v2 does?

Unplugging an RCA is not going to tell you exactly where the issue is. You need them plugged in to isolate the 363, then the amps....

Start here, go down to "patch cables" and replicate.

I'll look for my Richard Clark and David Navone noise isolation guide. It's very thorough! This will get you started
