Here is my write up for it so you don't have to search.

(FYI my thread should read "2004-2008 F150 rear seat removal")

Okay so I read the posts and watched the videos on how to remove the backseat with the screwdriver and it was a pain in the ****!! I was completely unsuccessful.... until I just decided to reach my hand behind the seat and feel for the clip and unhook it! Was so easy! My hands are bleeding in a couple of places but it took like 30 seconds by hand.
There unfortunately was no subwoofer harness back there but I'm curious is this silver/red plug in this picture what goes into the amp/sub and it just needs to be routed back?? Any Thoughts?
Again all help is appreciated you guys on this forum are a great bunch!

That picture above appears to be the wrong one. I think that is in the dash not behind the seat. The yellow connector is the satellite radio antenna, and I think the round gray one is the GPS antenna for a navigation system.

Yes that one is in the dash, but I was wondering if that was for the sub and just had to be routed to the back seat, because there wasn't any plug when I removed the back seat.

It might still be under the carpet. I'd flip up the rear seats and feel around at the edges of the carpet and see if it's there.
AFAIK, the harness is not modular (ie: it's all one piece, separate harness for Audiophile, and separate harness for non-Audiophile), so if you have the connector in the dash, you SHOULD have the connector under the back seat.
