FM problems?

Default FM problems?
Installed a new pioneer 2500bt, now I can only pick up two FM stations. Any ideas what could be wrong.

Bad antenna connection to HU, or bad connection on the HU itself!

When I unplug the antenna I have nothing and when I plug it back in I only get two stations, it seems to plug in ok. My factory unit picked up 20 or more stations.
