Well I'm looking at either the Alpine W900BT or Pioneer Avic Z120BT. Anyone have either and let me know your thoughts. I do plan the PAC controller so o can keep steering wheel controls. Thanks!

If it's between those 2 go for the pioneer, alpine is crap. But that's just my opinion after installing these things for years. If I were you I'd check out something like the 6980 from kenwood, way better navi on it.

The PAC and axxess SWI harnesses are both programmable so you can program what your buttons do BUT I have to read or hear of anyone getting the phone button to work like it did stock.
If you get it to work, I would like to know what you did.
I did my install and after 3 hours of soldering and installing my Axxess SWI auto detected all the controls except phone and ok buttons but all others work like stock and without lag. I was so happy that I didnt screw up the install that I buttoned it all back up and forgot about trying to program the phone button! lol

you have to make sure that both the module and deck support bluetooth control. for example the swi-jack suports phone control but not with alpine decks. if you have a kenwood it will work though. or a swi-ps with a pioneer will work, as long as it's the newer version of the module.
