Use a bypass so you don't have to tap into any reverse wire and you're done.

i have done that, i need the cameras image to come up on the pioneer and not the rearview mirror

Then you will need to look at the link in my last post. It shows the factory wires you will need to tap your pioneer camera input into.

I run the camera's signal wire to the car dvd monitor and tested by putting the vehicle in reverse and watching for a video signal.It works fine
