I wouldnt go that far because he was helpful with a couple of different problems and he did tell me how to try to test for sound output from the radio but it was harder to do than expected. That being said I would still think there should be some kind of discount. Ive had a lot worse service from companies so I wont knock him down too much but it is frustrating. I guess it is just because I am on the west coast and he is on the east, most of you guys wouldnt have that problem being a little closer.

anyway I am debating whether or not to send it in, I just replaced my audiophile speakers with some Polks so i get a little more bass that way. Just a decision on whether to keep that money for an aftermarket unit or just pay and keep using the stock radio.

anyone have an idea on this? checked all the fuses and replaced them, still nothing but still continues to work when i do the speaker walk test
