since it's sitting in my truck i'm pretty sure it's not a 2015....... I was just pointing out to you that when released it's well worth the price tag.

This has me a bit worried. I have a Pioneer AVH-4100NEX that's been sitting here since I traded in my 2012 XLT into my 2016 XL. I purposely got the lowest audio system available, knowing the crappy stock radio would be coming out immediately (or so I thought). Had I known dash kits take this long to come out, I, quite possibly, may have kept my 2012 F-150 XLT. Yeah, that's how important my stereo/HU is to me
OK, so I use Android Auto, and this Android Auto/CarPlay HU was/is awesome when paired with my phone.
I use to use the "Hands-Free", "Hang Up" and "Answer" a lot. So, here's my question: Do you think these not working is an issue with your head unit or, maybe just the steering wheel control adapter included with the FD6209B just doesn't let you use these buttons?

Just wondering if I coulda got lower..my 1st bid was 400..counter was 475...i went 450 and there final was 465
Understand the frustration. I bought low end trim with full intent on putting in a nav unit... I didnt research and have been miserable driving with crap sound and no nav..

Just got this from the online owners manual...
Says hands free answer and hangup should work with a bluetooth head unit..Im bummed, voice commands only work with JVC, Alpine and Pioneer head units that have voice control... my kenwood has voice control but is not on the list
