If you insist on shopping online, ebay has a ton of boxes for F150's. Just search "f150 subwoofer box" and browse away.
Thanks. I was looking at them online just because it's easier to browse that way. I found one that's 36"Lx14Hx7"D with the sub centered it listed something like 1.3ft. But it was about $50 so having a local shop make one might be better and can make it fit.

It also says it should have "speaker line input turn-on sensor" so I assume no need for remote line?
Correct, the GMA5602, has Auto Sensing On, Hi Level Inputs! No remote turn on wire, needed. If you use Hi Level Input.

The Rockford R2/R3 shallow 12" boxes will fit behind the rear seat, after cutting padding, but the seat bottom only folds up to about 75%. I would also recommended bending the exposed the bracket on the seatback to avoid beating up the box.

http://www.crutchfield.com/shopsearc...12%22_box.html, for reference. I believe the R3 has slightly larger dimensions.

Thanks a lot guys. I'll surely have more questions once I get started.

Hopefully I can pull everything out of my old truck this weekend. Then maybe try installation over the holiday weekend.

So, just by looking at things I'm a little worried about my current box fitting behind the seat. It's approx. 9" deep at the bottom. So I was browsing boxes and saw this Pioneer TS-SWX3002 Loaded Box. I'd still power it with my Pioneer GM-A5602 amp using the speaker-level inputs

Would y'all mind giving me your thoughts?

Here's a link:

Thanks a lot

Hi, are you able to fold the bottom seat cushion up? I noticed when you fold that bottom seat up it actually moves the back rest back even further on my 2017 Super Duty, which I believe has the same cab as yours.

I cant comment for Sport Mode, buton mine with the 10" sub and box. I can lift the seat up fully.

Yes the f150 and SD, have the exact same seats and cabs.
