Greetings from the Chicken Coop
Glad to be signed up all official like!
Have driven Fords since my early 20's. Moved up from an '02 F250 Lariat to a '12 F150 Lariat. What a difference! Apparently I hadn't been keeping up with automotive tech as well as I thought I had been.
Have already found the useful for the "no brake at startup" issue with the eco-boost. Since I bought used from a dealer I was right back the next day and they took care of it no charge.
I've been in the plastics molding business for over 30 years, the last 28 in the engineering field. I look forward to assisting other members with related issues.
I'm no master mechanic but can spin wrenches competently. Short of engine or transmission rebuilds I can (and do) do most things myself. Ball or hockey game on the radio, beer in the mini-fridge, compressor charged up, tool boxes open = a fine weekend afternoon indeed!
