Default Has this site been pretty slow for anybody else lately?

Just wondering what others are experiencing with load times from initial log on to time that the site is displayed. I have noticed a real delay (over 30 seconds) from the time I first log on to the time I get to see the main page. Sometimes when just trying to open up an active thread.

Internet connection is no problem, at work (main place I review here) we use a T1 connection and at home we have Cable. WFT?

My log in times are good, but on occasion I will have some delay sometimes loading pages. I just figured it was my 9 year old computer.

Ha... Yeah I would have thought that at home but my 8YO desktop just went **** up last week. Had to buy a new one. Went the laptop route instead.

Hadn't noticed any problems here, but for me to just log on is an adventure.

Now I don't pretend to know how anything is set up but if it's not an issue with your Internet Service Provider this forum is hosted by vBulletin. Im sure there are millions of forums that are hosted by this company, so minor latency and bandwidth hiccups are bound to happen. Overall, it's a really clean fast site

See, the browsing option has been changed back to #1 and the problem persists, so it wasn't that.
