Not doing this with my truck, but doing it FOR it. It's a lazy rainy day so I'm going through my iTunes library and playing with the EQ's to bring the music to life. A few bands needed to be more crisp IMO with the new Kicker sub upgrade!

Update on the leveling kit debacle. The sway bar link was rusted in. And the steering knuckle is loose and won't tighten. Taking it to the stealership as its still under warranty.

Turns out I need a new upper ball joint and UCA. Dilemma is this.... it's under warranty. But only ONE side. SO, do I buy the moog UCAs and pay 2 for the price of one Motorcraft? Then have a shop do the install? Or do I buy one motorcraft UCA on my own and then have the $100 deductible cover the other.

Both at the same time. Pay for one if you have to. My reason is because the alignment will have to be done. Make them pay for the alignment, it may be out of your pocket when the other UCA goes bad if its out of warranty.

So just do the 1 Motorcraft from Ford under warranty and then pay for the other? Sounds like a plan. Who knew a leveling kit would reveal so many issues that were previously unknown!

And here's part of why I'm reluctant to do stuff like that haha
