I just changed the plugs in my '09 f150 5.4 and it won't run now. I used the stock plugs SP-509 . Dont know what the trouble could be....Help!

Did you plug in everything that you unplugged? Check and double check. Be more specific as well. Will it attempt to even start then not run.......etc

Just found the problem. It wasn't the plugs. I also cleaned my K and N air filter. I washed out the housing when the filter was off and drying, and must have gotten water or debris inside the opening of the intake on the Mass Air Sensor? I floored it, started it , and let off the gas to slow the rpm's and it's running fine now. Must have reset it?
Should I get some air sensor cleaner or just leave it alone?

dirty water touching a MAF sensor would likely wreak it so I'm guessing you got lucky... couldn't hurt to clean it though... just make sure you use MAF cleaner and don't touch anything to the actual sensor... not even the straw that comes with it
