Default fixing a dent

I need to know if neone knows how to fix a dent w/o taking it to a shop, I dont have a pic but will post one its inside my bed on the fenderwell

dont mean to bud in on gaffords thread but he got me thinking about what i did over on the farm last week,not a big one but as most know they do bug a guy...can it just be "sucked" out??? thanks eh...loon

Loon, can you reach the dent from behind? You won't need a lot of room, enough to get a spoon and your fingers back there.
