yeah i love that pattern for at the scene or for showing off but theres not enough light to move traffic with that pattern. the one i love the most happens between 1:32 and 1:41 where its double slow alternating single fast alternating

PROBLEM SOLVED!

I shimmed up the back of the light bar a little and it fits perfectly and no more noises! plus when my dad saw the lights flashing for the first time it was all he could do to hide a toothy grin thinking "damn, now that does look good" !! thanks fellas!
