Have you checked the Throttle Position Sensor for smooth and steady resistance from idle position to wide open throttle?

Also your EGR for leakage?

When you say; “idles perfectly”; Starts up, then what RPM level is achieved for that 45 seconds?

When you say; “Stops”; Stalls? or turns off like a switch?

Thanks guys. I figured it out. It was an ignition problem, and clogged EGR among other problems.

Any thing you replaced or corrected that cured the stall after 45 seconds?
