Is there actually water in the camera or is it just collecting to drip? try and see if it goes away when you hold some towels there for a few minutes. I've found that when driving in the rain it will collect on the bottom edge and drip from there. It's gone when it dries out.

Not cool. Try and take it in to get looked at when it's raining? Snap a picture of the camera and the screen so that they can see it is a problem? Don't know much else to suggest, as I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a sealed unit.

Trying to pull the emblem away would break the clips, so be very careful if you want to do a further DIY inspection.
