Default Radio wont play - HELP!!

I'm an idiot. I put the jumper cables on backwards for a second and now my radio wont turn on. My cigarette lighter wont work either. I've checked all the fuses and none are out that I know of. Any suggestions???

The memory for the radio and the cigarette lighter should be on the same fuse, so there must be one blown. Either that or a fusible link has burned up, which are bolted to the solenoid. This also depends on the year of your truck, I'm familiar with '96 and before. I'm not sure if the newer trucks use fusible links anymore.
