Default Keyless entry question.

Why y'all, my key fob for the keyless entry quit working so I figured it needed a new battery. Changed the battery and it still ain't working. Anyone got an idea what's up with it? Thanks in advance!

How old is the fob/truck? Sometimes the contacts under the rubber get dirty.

If one does work and the other doesn't, MGD nailed it. Those buttons have a conductive coating on them that can get dirty or wear out. If you can pop the fob apart I would try cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't work:

google "key fob replacement buttons".
