IWE's keep failing on my 2014 f150
So I put a 2.5 inch level on my 2014 f150 in December, and 3000 miles later my driver side IWE failed. I took it to the shop and they replaced it, and then the passenger side went bad soon after. IWE's on both sides have been replaced twice. It is under warranty so they just keep replacing the IWE. Now my passenger side IWE is grinding once again, and every time I turn right, there is a scraping noise in the front of my truck until I straighten out. Could somebody just give advice on what to do, and what this problem could be. I am starting to think it is more than just the IWE's

From what I've read I think it may be the 2.5 lift. Some say that's the max and it could be hurting the IWEs.
I'm going with a 2 to be safe but I'm still worried

Also there are some IWE deletes you can buy somewhere. I think it's a Raptor site.

See, I have talked to almost every mechanic/off-road shop around my area and they say it's most likely not the leveling kit because I only have around 4,000 miles with the leveling kit on. They said if a 2.5 inch would wear any part out it wouldn't be until over 50 thousand miles. But what I'm thinking is that the leveling kit is binding the CV joints. Again, I have no idea

I highly doubt it's the level kit as the changes in angles should not have a big effect on the IWEs.
I would be looking for a vacuum leak causing partial disengagement and thus the damage you are seeing. I am very surprised the shop would just keep changing them without looking for the cause. A vacuum leak is the obvious issue to either confirm or eliminate first off.

Both sides are on the 3rd sets of IWE. Multiple TSB performed, hoses, solenoids, seals, everything has been replaced.
Today, after 'consulting' Ford engineers in the USofA they attempted replacing the tires with a smaller sets.... and its the same thing.
4x4 will disengage when on the lift (off the ground) but cant do so while on the ground without putting the truck in reverse.
So they asked that I wait another 2 weeks to consult with more engineers.

Little update for you guys having issues with IWE's.
After consulting with Ford engineers some more, my dealer was told to replace my Transfer Case.
The technician found a worn lock-up collar and drive sprocket inside the original T-case.
They now say that the IWE are disengaging properly and should not wear abnormally.
I will test further and let you guys know if this was the final fix.
