Question Funny Noise...Please help troubleshoot.

Hello, If anyone could give some advice, it would be appreciated.

I have a 1999 Ford F150 V6 4.2. I am the only owner the truck has ever had. I take care of the car and make sure it has received regular maintenance. I just changed the spark plugs, wires, belts, pulleys, and had the transmission fluid changed.

This is what happens....Only when I accelerate I hear a high pitched / grinding sound. It does not happen in neutral or reverse. The minute I step off the gas the sound magically disappears. The sound is not constant and will disappear after 40 mph.

Any idea???
