Default Coolant Leak: from what?

Hey totally new to the forum, but i figured why not start today

Basically i have a leak coming from this little piece of pipe just below what i guess to be the heater core box. i have no idea what this tube is, i can't find anything on it, and its causing me to lose about 1L every 2-3 weeks

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looking at the tube (at the firewall under the heater box)

Looking directly under it

Looks to me like the relief valve. its function is to remove excess moisture from your HVAC system.....is it leaking inside the cab or the engine compartment? It should leak in the engine compartment. If it leakng inside the cab u have a problem.
