Default 2003 Ford f150 XLT problem

I have a 2003 Ford F150 XLT with about 230K miles on it; my truck is starting to hesitate/sputter between 30-40 mph on the highway and onthe freeway when accelerating from slow traffic. It seems like there is no power during the acceleration until after a few seconds. I took it in for service and they replaced the fuel filter which did not resolve the issue, I’ve notice that it sometimes shakes violently but doesn’t turn off the engine (This has only happen 4 times in 3 years). I did replace the spark plugs and did a transmission flush about eight months ago,I have also replaced 1 coil (spark plug wire) that was bad out of the original 8 coils. I also add a Chevron fuel additive to the fuel because I use 87 Octane.

Any suggestions on this issue are appreciated.
