07 f150 won't charge

check the voltage to chassis ground at the charging post of the alternator while the truck is running.
If you do, then use a multimeter than measures continuity to check from your battery charging post to your alternator charging post. If no continuity, replace charge link.
Not a bad idea to check grounds aswell. Engine block to chassis, and battery to chassis ground.
