Has anyone gotten these to work? I plug my phone in USB, go to apps page, run app on phone, select Owner app on Sync 3. Then it tells me there is an permissions issue and to follow directions in the app... and, of course, there are no directions in the app.

I have already enabled Mobile Apps in settings... then when I choose the Owner app or All apps permissions, I get only "Enable all" and "Disable all" buttons with NO permissions listed and nothing happens when I push the buttons. Any idea what I need to do to allow the Owner app to talk to Sync 3
and get what little info is being made available from the vehicle?

Same exact issue as you're having. I tried many times yesterday and could not get the health report to work. I've assured that I've given the Ford Owner app and all apps permission, but it still fails.

Have you checked for updates on Sync..I updated mine in Dec this may help you...

When you go to the Owner or "All apps" permission screen, do you get more than just the two buttons at the top for "Enable all" and "Disable all", which do nothing but blink when pressed?

I only get two buttons: enable and disable all. Pressing either of them does absolutely nothing but blink the buttons. I just can't get the app or the health report to work properly.

I'm running an iPhone 6s Plus.

I did check and I'm running the latest version of sync3 from Dec. 2015.

I'm seeing the same thing. App is on sync but it says no permissions have been granted. Press the permissions buttons either for the app or for all apps and it just flashes, nothing else is displayed. My truck was a December build.
