The weathertech come with a protective adhesive that goes on under the flap and onto the factory flares. If you have flares, the only contact points with the mud flap is the plastic flare so there is no chance of it rubbing through to bare metal and corroding. The locking mechanism on mine had a rubberized coating that squeezes the flap to the body. It is a good design for a no drill flap. I highly recommend them.

I went with the OEM mud flaps. I was getting lots of crud on the running boards and could see winter was going to be a problem. They took about 5 minutes per side on the front and about twice that on the back due to the support bar install. I like them, and I don't think you can go wrong with either

I don't know your location but, if you are in California mud flaps are required.

Only if the tires protrude past the wheel wells and/or over half the tire is visible from the rear of the vehicle. Which pretty much covers all trucks with larger tires than stock.

Gatorback flaps are one of the best you can buy. They make no drill brakets for the 2015 trucks. They fit great and are very tough. They are actually garunteed as long as you own your truck. If you tear one they will give you a new set.
They also have several inserts for the bottom and they also make offset ones as well.

Really? I just contacted Gatorback a few weeks ago, and they didn't have a no-drill design for the 2015. They were hoping someone local would stop in with a 2015 so they could design one.

Do they have the no-drill by now? They are expensive, but I sure like the look better than the plastic molded flaps I have now.

Here is a link to a thread with a picture of my offset flaps. I can take a pic or two of the brackets if you like. They are very well built, a little pricey but it really doesnt matter if the protect yout investment.
