Default Ford Outsells Chevy

Well those who thought Chevy would beat Ford, guess again

Ford 494,800 sales ytd

Chevy 387,197 sales ytd

way to go Ford.

Said if the dealerships had been open 24 hours in the month of August, would have sold 1 F150 per min. Awesome

Just for the record if you combine GM & Chevrolet truck sales they always outsell Ford. A lot of people don't know that.

The numbers aren't that far off...combined the GMC Sierra (141,899) and the Chevy Silverado (387,179) total 529,078 are marginally better than the F-series 494,800. Wonder if the Ranger will make it's comeback in 2017 as it is still sold in the overseas market.
Interesting to see the Tundra didn't make the top 20 in sales.

Because thats how it's told to the public, Ford has the #1 selling truck. When Ford was selling a Lincoln pickup those sales were not combined with the F-series and thats how it is with GM & Chevrolet. The Lincolns didn't sell that many per year so its not like it would of made a big difference anyways.

Wait, your saying someone bought a Lincoln truck? Yeah, I like my f150 / suv / mini van / kid car,, because we literally bought the back seat. but I didn't buy it because it says Ford, so the ford vs the world #1 crap is played out.
