I got the idea of adding sway bar locks to the bar under the seat from the Ford ST forums where people were having the same issue. This is a 100% fix for about $30 and 5-10 minutes of install time.
Of course, replacing the seat track under warranty is free, but I'd rather not have to bring in my truck to the dealer for something that can be solved for just a few bucks and doesn't involve taking things apart.

Good luck. I hope your dealer is better than mine. Mullinax Ford in Apopka, FL could replicate the issue, but couldn't determine exactly what was causing the issue - so they refused to replace the mount and sent me on my way. I didn't have the patience to fight about it knowing there's the sway bar mount fix above. I'll have to do the same thing.
