With most tuners you can tune only 1 truck at a time. If you want to tune another you must return the first one to stock. Ive been researching the Sniper since you can tune 2 trucks at a time out of the box. It gives you the option to custom tune them also. But since I dont know a lot about fuel curves and such Im leaving that option alone at the moment. But my neighbor is a FORD mechanic so I might be able to talk him into helping me.

Default Delay at full throttle

Had the same problem, when leaving work I have to pull out in 55mph traffic and I felt like I was commiting suicide! the truck would not go, I knew I needed to change something and it had to be the rev limiter. Tuners can run up to $600.00 so I kept my eye on Ebay and after about 3 months of searching I found a brand new superchips for $99.00.
Now I have to be careful not to floor it since I will spin the tires.

My buddy has an 03 ranger with a 4.0L (i think) and when his truck did that he decided to put a throttle body spacer (i forget how big) and a simple cold air intake on it. For those being the only modifications to it, that truck gets up and goes. It ain't no drag car but it'll beat any other stock ranger off the line.
